1. License Grant

ThetaB Studios grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and play Whisper of the Veil for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

This license does not grant ownership of the game or its content.

2. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the game, including but not limited to:

Story and narrative
Characters and worldbuilding
Visual and audio assets
Code and game systems
Branding and trademarks

remain the exclusive property of ThetaB Studios.

3. Restrictions

Users are strictly prohibited from:

Copying, distributing, or redistributing the game
Selling or monetizing the game or its assets
Modifying, reverse engineering, or decompiling the game
Creating derivative commercial works
Removing copyright or studio attribution

4. User Content (if applicable)

Any user-generated content, if supported in the future, must not violate intellectual property rights or be used for commercial exploitation without permission.

5. Termination

This license is automatically terminated if the user violates any of the terms described in this agreement.

Upon termination, the user must cease all use of the game and delete any copies in their possession.

6. No Warranty

The game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to:

Performance guarantees
Compatibility guarantees
Bug-free operation

7. Limitation of Liability

ThetaB Studios shall not be held responsible for any damages, data loss, or issues arising from the use or inability to use the game.

8. Updates and Changes

This EULA may be updated at any time. Continued use of the game constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
